Gooseneck:

Gooseneck designed as a loading area with a covering of aluminum plate cover

Hydraulic lifting arm approx. -280/+250 mm can be raised and lowered.

2 kingpin positions at approx. 2.300 mm and approx. 2.000 mm.

For truck: 4 x 2, 6 x 2 or 6 x 4.

Ladeschacht:

Loading area, length 9.500 mm, with L-steel allowing the pick-up op pallets.

(Distance between kingpin and middle of the axles group ± 8.000 mm).

Axles and suspension:

BPW axle stubs with drum brake and single-wheel suspension.

Hydraulic equal load distribution with lifting/lowering valve.

Safety system against lowering of the axles in case of a rupture of hydraulic pipes, laid out for

a pallet height of max 150 mm.

The entire steel construction is shot-peened, then the defined visible surfaces are hot-coated

with ZINACOR 850 (zinc 85% - aluminum 15%).

Painting:

6-K final treatment:

Complete steel construction shot peened after welding.

One layer of zinc-based primer, one layer of adhesion primer.

Final painting with 2 layers of 2-component paint (acrylic) in a RAL color of your choice, then

sealing of the cavities with special wax.

Rims in silver.

9 pairs of lashing rings (LC6,300 daN) on the side members.

On the longitudinal members, a grating support at the same height between the guide rails of

the load securing.

3 pairs of hydraulic load restraints with swivel arm, slidably mounted on the longitudinal

beams.

The first and last axle on the left and right can be lifted manually.

A storage box on the left and right behind the axle unit, splash-proof.

Rear bevel for easier loading pallet insertion.

Eyelets for mechanical bracing attached to the rear of the final traverse.

Rear door with cross bracing, mounted on the left and hydraulically locked on the right,

horizontally pivotable by approx. 90°, 105° and 270°.

License plate with holder, including lighting, at the rear left of the trailer.

A 7-pin socket on the final traverse.

Electro-hydraulic unit for operating the hydraulic processes.

Round NATO socket on the front connection strip (Maeler & Kaege VG 96 917).

design.

On the gooseneck, a pluggable aluminum rear panel, approx. 400 mm high, in anodised

1 spare wheel including holder on the right in the direction of travel.

Tyres: 385/65 R22.5 (M+S)

1 LED rotating beacon on the left at the rear of the vehicle.

EU reflector on the final traverse.

White reflective tape on the outside along the entire length of the trailer in accordance with EU

guidelines.

Red reflective tape at the rear across the entire width of the trailer in accordance with EU

directives.
