Clark C80D a machine with load capacities of 80 Q

With 600 or 900 mm center of gravity, it is equipped with the now world-famous automatic power shift transmission and the famous Clark axles also fitted by many other competitors.

It is ideal for demanding applications, such as in the construction industry, building materials trade, woodworking, metalworking industry, paper and beverage industry, and shipping and logistics companies.

The sturdy masts are equipped with solid 8-roller fork carrier plates with four side support rollers, so that even off-center loads can be transported reliably. The low-noise hydraulic lifting system ensures gentle and quiet handling of the 8-ton load.

The sturdiness of the machine is evidenced by all metal shassy and body parts in addition to the thickness of the Plates themselves, which reach up to 8 mm in some places.

The C80D features relatively thin mast profiles. This gives the driver excellent all-around visibility and an unrestricted view of the load and fork plate.

This is made possible by a well-designed arrangement of chains and tubes on the mast. To ensure good visibility even with triplex masts, Clark uses double primary cylinders.

Powerful diesel or LPG engines provide powerful acceleration and reliable operation.

The standard integrated fully automatic three-speed transmission ("Power Shift") ensures instant, jerk-free shifts and safe maneuvering. Because the engine, transmission and drive axle are decoupled, vibration and noise are minimized.

Maintenance-free wet multi-disc brakes are installed as standard as a service brake and an independent drum brake as a parking brake. This allows for gentle and sensitive braking.

The large color display gives access to maintenance and service settings by providing information on all driving parameters.

The C80D offers maximum ease of service. Service-relevant components can be reached quickly and easily by the service technician. CLARK's stable lifting masts have a long service life.

A full-flow return filtration filters hydraulic oil on each return to the reservoir.

In addition, coarse particles are filtered directly through a suction filter and do not even enter the oil circuit. This ensures the longevity of all hydraulic components.

It has a standard 3-speed fully automatic transmission for diesel and LPG engines.

The pedal with integrated brake function enables controlled driving and, at the same time, quick lifting of loads.

The tilt steering column and seat can be individually adjusted.
